Many dry stores for spices, flour, sugar, pulses and packed goods are kept between about 40% and 60% RH. Very hygroscopic products and seed storage may need lower. We size the dehumidifier to the target your QA team sets.
Stainless steel resists corrosion and is easy to wipe down, which suits wash-down and hygiene-critical areas. For dispatch docks and general doors, mild-steel models are usually enough.
A correctly sized air curtain, mounted to cover the full door width, forms a strong air barrier that most flying insects avoid. It works best alongside your normal pest-control programme, not instead of it.

AC cools the air and removes some moisture along the way, but it isn't built to hold a set humidity, especially in the monsoon or when the cooling load is low. A dehumidifier controls moisture directly and works alongside your existing AC.
