Refund policy

Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity and transparency for our customers. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition with complete packaging, accessories, and documentation. Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos for verification. Products that have been used, installed, modified, or custom-ordered are not eligible for return. Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Shipping, handling, and installation charges are non-refundable. Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and do not cover damage caused by misuse or unauthorized handling.
