Our shipping policy ensures timely and safe delivery of products across India. All orders are processed and dispatched after payment confirmation, typically within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product type, location, and availability. Most cities can expect delivery within 7–14 business days. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure secure handling and transportation of heavy-duty equipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including contact number and address, to avoid delays. Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos or videos for verification. Shipping charges are calculated based on the product, weight, and delivery location, and are clearly displayed at checkout. While we strive for on-time delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or logistics partner issues.

Same-Day In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all products at our Mumbai office: JET INDIA, 213–214 Allied Industrial Estate, Mahim (W), Mumbai, In between "Mon–Sat", "10 am–6 pm". Select "Pickup" at checkout. Your order will be ready for collection on the same day, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. We will contact you once your order is ready. No shipping charges apply to pickup orders. Please bring your order confirmation, either on your phone or printed, when you collect. We recommend inspecting the product at the time of pickup.
